Alaska Support Facility Production Associate

Job Description


Conduct Commissary and/or Bakery production tasks including, but not limited to fryer, 60/80 quart mixer, sheeter/moulder and other production equipment operation, raw food product handling, cooked food product handling, freight receiving/stocking, general clean-up and detail clean-up, maintaining the interior and exterior of the Support Facility. Shifts are 3:00 AM to 10:00 AM for commissary production and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM for bakery production. This does include weekends and holidays.


  • To create loyal customers through quality products provided to the Stationstores
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Receive, verify, and process merchandise, freight and vendor shipments
  • Clean and maintain interior and exterior Support Facility appearance to maintain a sanitary food preparation facility
  • Assist training new associates (with an emphasis on excellent quality control)
  • Monitor and maintain all food service areas to company standards that will keep facility in compliance with local health code and our in-house sanitary procedures
  • Assist in all service areas to meet production needs
  • Perform as a cooperative team member in all aspects of Support Facility operations
  • Other duties as requested by authorized personnel





  • Quality Control oriented
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
  • Ability to walk and stand on feet for most of the shift (95% of time)
  • Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
  • Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
  • Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 110 pounds with assistance
  • Bend, kneel, squat or stand
  • Work in a heated, refrigerated and/or freezer area
  • Climb an extension ladder


  • Attending or completion of High School or equivalent
  • Prior bakery and/or food service experience preferred
