Job Description:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develops pre-proposal and proposal related submissions, RFI – Requests for information. 
  • Provides input to management on short and long term proposal planning. 
  • Participates in cost and contractual input; identifies.
  • Review all RFP documents to organize and assign questions.
  • Work with multiple departments to obtain content required to respond to RFPs.
  • Develop responses to assigned corporate centric information.
  • Compile and format responses.
  • Review proposals for compliance, ensuring that all RFP requirements are fully satisfied.
  • Prepare final bid packages and customer submittal letters and ensure timely transmission of all required documentation.
  • Coordinates production and submission of the final proposal.
  • Archive final document using established procedures
  • Develop business relationships among internal associates to ensure effective management of proposal generation.
  • Assists in the maintenance of a resource library and archival database.
  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. 
  • Other duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Communications or English related discipline preferred; two years of related proposal development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who excels in a rapid development environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker. 
  • Independent self-starter with effective people and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time required.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to prepare materials with a high degree of accuracy required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign required.
  • Must be able to pass company background check.
  • Must be able to complete drug test.
