Job Description


Job Summary:  Must maintain a clean and safe working environment for the day to day operations of the facility. Responsible for physically demanding housekeeping duties in
 a large warehouse environment to include but not limited to DC floor, hallways, offices, bathrooms, conferences rooms, and break rooms. Some outdoor work will be required.




Essential Job Functions:  

Performs a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
Must be willing to safely use cleaning supplies that may or may not contain potential hazardous material.
Maintain and organize inventory supplies to ensure adequate cleaning supplies are in stock for daily and weekly cleaning. Order supplies as needed.
Notify Facility Maintenance Manager of any damages, deficits and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work a flexible scheduled if needed.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. 

Knowledge and Skills: 

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
A mimumn of 1 year experience 
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Bilingual a plus
High school degree
