Seasonal Banquet Captain

Job Description

 

 The primary duties of the Banquet Captain are to train, supervise, and assist employees engaged in the service of food and beverages at banquet functions, from start to finish.  The Banquet Captain also greets and maintains constant contact with the host, to ensure high standards of service and that every function is a complete success.  Must have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time.  Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
