Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Description



The primary responsibilities are to supervise and train outlet, banquets, lounges,  in-room dining associates, maintain inventory, handle scheduling and payroll.  Must have excellent communication, organizational and guest relations’ skills.  Previous food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.  Must be available to work a flexible schedule and be knowledgeable of Food and Beverage computer programs.   Long hours, many spent standing, sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
