Key Job Responsibilities:
Model and promote the mission, values and guiding principles of TSI through appropriate appearance, words and actions.
Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.
Adhere to all operational excellence standards related to maintaining a clean and functional club environment.
Maintain cleanliness of the locker room, building exterior, parking lots, entrance, hallways, staircases, exercise area, studios, courts, babysitting room, pools and offices.
Actively clean facility while ensuring not to interrupt workouts; giving members the impression they are the first users of the day.
Ensure all supplies are stocked and maintained (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc).
Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste, submitting inventory checklist to GM monthly.
Uphold safety standards by wearing protective gear when using cleaning supplies, identify and correct tripping and slipping hazards, bring faulty cleaning equipment issues to the attention of the General Manager and ensure all MSDS materials are up to date and easily accessible.
Be able to locate the first aid kit/AED and staff members in the club who are AED/CPR certified.
Immediately report any suspicious activities to a manager or call 911 in case of an emergency (be familiar with Code Orange).
Proudly support the training of new clean team members.
The Clean Team Member (CT) contributes to TSI’s success by providing a safe and clean environment for the members. As the “Ambassador to TSI’s Brand Experience,” the Clean Team Member is required to operate using the three standards of operational excellence: Always Welcoming, Always Helpful and Always Accountable while ensuring the alignment of all TSI initiatives.
The Clean Team Member reports to the Assistant General Manager.
