NAR-New wage scale starting at 15.00/hour

Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is a direct care position. This applicant must have great communication skills and able to work with people.  Wage increase for experience. Benefits such as FREE health insurance employee must work 30 hours per week Employer will also contribute 150/month into a Health Savings Account, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401a and much more offered for those who qualify. 

Qualifications

  • NAR - verification of inclusion of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry must be obtained, or employee must be willing to attain certification.  Browns Valley Health Center offers training for employees who are not currently listed on the registry.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be compassionate toward the elderly, infirmed or handicapped and work with tact and ethical awareness.
  • Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within scheduled shift.

Browns Valley Health Center currently offers a pick up bonus for regular scheduled employees.

            $2.00 more per hour for any shift Monday-Friday

            $5.00 more per hour for any weekend shift Saturday/Sunday

 

BVHC currently has a sign on/referral  bonus for certified nursing assistants for regular scheduled staff:
$1000.00 for individuals who works 64 hours or more a pay period
$500.00 for individuals who works 63 hours or less a pay period
Bonuses  paid out in a 3 month schedule. New hire must not have worked at BVHC in the last 12 months.

Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the MN State Registry in good standing or the ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant course work and/or complete skills and written competency testing in accordance with regulations and care center policy.
