Ensure a strong, stable, continued growth pattern for assigned accounts and pursue new business aligned with company’s strategic goals. Support Senior Vice President of Sales in supporting and assisting sales team in pricing, strategy, and growth plans. Collaborate on projects that benefit customers and the company, increasing customer loyalty.


  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow and ensure organizational compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
  • Provide high level, focused service to manage accounts efficiently and effectively. This level of service requires significant attention to detail in consistent follow through, communication on day-to-day business activities, and completion of short and long term projects
  • Pursue and acquire new business as well as grow and nurture existing business that aligns with company’s strategic goals.
  • Promote continued growth. Stay current on market trends, growth trends, general industry trends, and innovative product ideas. Offer support and information to sales team, customers, and executive team.
  • Coordinate with team to ensure we continue to produce high quality products at a fair price and deliver them on time.
  • Support the executive team with knowledge, information, and focused direction regarding accounts and industry trends. Assist in designing short and long term strategic plans.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with Senior Vice President of Sales and the Sales team to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the team through continual improvement in processes, procedures, and training.

Minimum Requirements




  • Supervise multiple direct reports.
  • College degree or extensive sales experience required.
  • Five years of work experience.
  • No certifications or licenses required.
  • Must have moderate math skills.
  • Moderate reading skills required.
  • Moderate computer skills needed.
  • Must have moderate language skills.
  • Must have moderate writing skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
  • Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
