Greatness awaits YOU on our Home Health Team! Advanced Home Care is seeking an individual committed to providing extraordinary patient care and who has a passion for achieving greatness in a home health setting!

The goal of the HH Regional Preceptor is the successful on-boarding of home health new hire clinicians within specified HH region. The position is designed to provide coordination and connection between the new hires, HH Orientation Manager and branch leadership. Key job responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:  Providing concentrated 1:1 training with each new hire, onboarding new hires in collaboration with subject matter experts, providing weekly updates to leadership, and providing direct and indirect patient care as necessary.

Key measures of success for this position are: new hire turnover rate below set target, clinically competent and EMR competent new hires at end of HH orientation (as defined), productivity to include preceptor points and visits.

Minimum Requirements

 

Associates degree in Healthcare Related field from an accredited or approved school, Bachelors preferred. 2 years of work-related experience in home health or similar setting, within the last 5 years preferred. Must have a valid clinical license from the state in which he/she would be practicing. Must have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license. Current CPR certification required.
