As a Production Supervisor you will ensure that products are produced to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction and are delivered to customers on promised dates, according Quality and regulatory standards and Standard Operating Procedures.


  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Follows and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.

  • Program products to meet production and delivery deadlines.

  • Tracks production numbers.
  • Supervise employees, assign work, and verify that employees are at their workstations on time.
  • Ensure high quality production by visually making the decision as to whether or not to require detailed product inspections.

  • Ensure that facilities, equipment and machinery are in clean and safe operating condition
  • Enforce compliance and application of cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures in the department, and throughout the production area.

  • Complete and deliver productivity reports as required to managers and directors of operations. Keep accurate and complete records, using computer systems and MS Office.

  • Ensures that batch record is running, paperwork is accurate and closes it out upon completion.

  • Manage and regulate training as required, including machine use, product knowledge, regulatory issues, Standard Operation Procedures, etc.
  • Create and maintain a safe and productive working environment that promotes employee motivation, health and safety, and effective teamwork.
  •  Perform various miscellaneous and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.

Minimum Requirements



  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years work experience in a food manufacturing environment.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Should have experience with manufacturing machines and equipment.
  • Must have moderate reading skills required for batch records, emails, etc.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must have moderate language, math, and writing skills.
  • Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
  • Must efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
  • Maintains a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
