RHP Properties ( is a growing, privately held national Property Management Company.  Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, we own and operate over 254 manufactured home communities in 25 states.

We are presently seeking an individual who will be responsible for assisting our Digital Marketing Director with general responsibilities on a part-time basis. 

As a successful Digital Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Update and review individual location listings on directory sites
  • Respond to inquiries on social media and directory sites
  • Update photos of communities on home listing sites
  • Creating and updating excel/word documents
  • Responding to online reviews
  • Aggregate and review analytics for reporting and meetings
  • Project manage task lists for larger internal initiatives
  • Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned.         

Minimum Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • High level of professionalism, communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity of industry tools and technologies related to optimizing digital marketing performance
  • Social Media for Business Knowledge, Copy Writing and general Real Estate experience skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
  • The ability to multi-task and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
