The Patient Referral Processor has a broad range of responsibilities including; accurate and timely data entry, understanding and selecting inventory and services in key databases, communicating with referral sources, and appropriately utilizing technology to notate patient information/communication.  Patient Referral Processors' schedules can vary based on the need of the branch. Hours can range anywhere between 8am and 8pm 7 days/week.

Minimum Requirements


The Patient Referral Processor shall possess at least one year of work experience in a related field.  Previous work experience in the health care field is preferred.  Excellent multitasking skills, ability to work on many projects at once, detail-oriented and organized, to maintain accurate patient insurance records. Ability to focus and work quickly, as referrals need to be processed in a timely manner. Strong skills with working in a team environment above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
