RHP Properties ( is a growing, privately held national Property Management Company. Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, we own and operate 256 manufactured home communities in 27 states.

We are presently seeking an individual who will process invoices and maintain various finance-related contracts and databases.

As a successful Finance Clerk, you will:

  • Manage rubbish contracts and process rubbish invoices.
  • Budget entry, as assigned.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry required. Accounts Payable and property management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, analytical, and follow-through skills.
  • The ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
