Description

 

Position is responsible for conducting initial and annual financial interviews with all Lakes Regional Clients. Conducts verification of financial documents and obtaining NTBHA financial approval if necessary.  Completes verification of insurance eligibility upon intake and routinely thereafter.  Will obtain consents, request records, scan documents into HER and complete other clerical duties as assigned.  

$12.64/hourly

Minimum Requirements

 

Requires high school diploma or GED.  Must have working computer skills including MS Word and Excel.  Must have a valid driver's license an an acceptable driving record, as well as personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas.  Must be highly organized with multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.  Strong interpersonal skills are essential.  Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and orally with a diverse population of clientele, as well as with other service providers.  Must be able to establish and maintain a professional rapport with internal/external pharmacies, clientele, family members and other service providers.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of work experience in an office setting working with insurance companies; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
