Treasury Analyst processes daily cash activities, forecasts cash flows and prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial information to provide accurate and useful information to management.

  • Executes daily liquidity positioning for the Company's borrowing and/or investment decisions to ensure the Company’s cash needs are appropriately funded.  Maintains appropriate documentation of these activities.
  • Initiate key electronic payment obligations.
  • Ensures the appropriate bank account structure is in place to support business needs, including maintenance of account information, flow charts, signature cards, legal documents and resolutions, etc.
  • Assist with new bank service implementation projects for corporate bank accounts.
  • Analyze monthly bank fees and aggressively pursue ways to reduce or optimize the expense.
  • Reconcile usage of the revolving credit facility and related expenses.
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners and other third-party service providers.
  • Prepares weekly cash flow projections and analyzes variances from the prior forecast.
  • Assist in evaluating, documenting, maintaining and monitoring appropriate internal controls.
  • Ensure cross-training on all Treasury Analyst tasks to enable backup as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • CTP accreditation preferred.
  • 2-4 years Treasury or General Accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Personal computer skills required.  Prior experience with Word and Power Point applications in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Working knowledge of banking systems/applications used by large corporate customers to exchange banking transaction and balance data with financial institutions, as well as initiate funds transfers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and report financial data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written and provide clear and detail information to others. 
  • Complete assignments with direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment to achieve desired results.
  • Act resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters.
  • Show initiative and commitment plus demonstrate credibility.
