RHP Properties (www.rhp-properties.com) is a growing, privately held national Property Management Company.  Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, we own and operate over 256 manufactured home communities in 27 states.

We are presently seeking an individual to assist the Finance Manager in daily operations.

As a successful Home Sales and Titling Administrator, you will:

  • Complete updates for the Bayshore Database.
  • Process closing documents and funds received from field.
  • Process home closing requests and schedule sales.
  • Close Sales and Rentals
  • Maintain filing systems for the Bayshore Department.
  • Assist with reports for monthly reporting.
  • Process monthly reoccurring invoices.
  • Set- Up Home Rent in Manage America
  • Confirm quickset settings in MA are set up correctly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

 
  • A minimum of 1 year office experience preferred; property management experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to understand legal documents and titles.
  • Professional telephone skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Detail oriented, the ability to multitask, and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
