Starting Wage: $13.93+ per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: Part Time, 10 hours per week

Do you have a passion for financial development? Would you like to use your fundraising and administrative skills to support management of branch donors through the donor database? As the financial development coordinator, you will work closely with the executive director and volunteer leaders to ensure branch donors are stewarded in a timely manner.

If hired for this position you will serve as the key liaison to branch affinity groups to engage them throughout the year and during the Annual Campaign. You will perform data entry in Raiser’s Edge NXT for maintenance and to track donor stewardship. You will create and implement donor stewardship and communication plans for various donor segments to include: CRTs, Advisory Councils and affinity groups. You will also respond to donor queries and provide support to your branch colleagues in their fund development activities.

  • I am proficient in MS Office, Excel and database entry.
  • I have am organized, analytical and great at problem solving.
  • I have exceptional skills in computers, office equipment, and cash handling.
  • I am able to multi-task, problem-solve and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
