JOB SUMMARY:

 

Manage the receipt of grey bag mail from the Stationstores. Organize grey bags received so they are processed in a timely manner.  Prepare invoices received from corporate stationstores for scanning.  Scan invoices into Imaging software.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sort and shelve daily grey bag mail.
  • Check in coupon bags received from the stores. To ensure coupons are received from each store.  Report missing bags to Accounting manager.
  • Open Coupon bags and prepare coupons for submission to clearing house.
  • Prepare coupons shipment to the coupon clearing house.
  • File fuel alliance coupons and log and send boxes to storage as needed.
  • Open grey bag mail and prepare the store invoices for scanning.
  • Scan invoices into imaging system and index documents for future retrieval and review.
  • Sort and distribute department mail.
  • Manage department mail cube, updating boxes as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Strong communication skills
