A Corporate Account Manager’s job is primarily a training position responsible for planning and coordinating training for customer/facility staff personnel. The Corporate Account Manager works closely with the Director of Sales Engineering in identifying the general training needs of those personnel. Additionally, this position will responsible for planning and coordinating onsite support during initial service turn-up and will provide both initial onsite hands-on training plus follow-up training via web sessions. A Corporate Account Manager is expected to promote a positive and ethical image to all customers and contacts. They are expected to know his/her customer’s needs and requirements as well as applying company services, product, and policies.


  • Possess full working knowledge of inmate phone business, video visitation, and other  technology products offered.  
  • Work with facility staff to provide guidance and gather information to ensure proper setup.
  • Provide training and ongoing instruction to customers
  • Work with project management to develop and ensure installation and training plans that are both compliant and satisfactory with the facility
  • Travel to each customer for onsite support and training
  • Complete basic troubleshooting and effectively relay system trouble in full detail
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure technology success and support are being provided with complete satisfaction
  • Maintain full compliance with Keefe Best Business Practices Guide
  • Meet and communicate with Director of Sales Engineering
  • Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by Director of Sales Engineering

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Must pass drug screening test.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must pass background check, qualify, and maintain correctional facility security clearance
  • Software training experience preferred.
