Occupational Therapist (OTR)

Job Description

 

As an Occupational Therapist you are responsible for the following:

  • Identification of needs and delivery of services to residents who require occupational therapy intervention in accordance with all Federal, State and facility requirements. 
  • Collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being for the residents.


 

Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and maintains current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia or is a recent graduate and actively working toward licensure.

Experience:
Successful completion of required clinical affiliations, preferably including at least one rotation in the SNF setting.
