Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA)

Job Description

 

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for  the following:

  • implementing treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist in accordance with all Federal, State and facility requirements (as applicable). 
  • Collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being for the residents.

 

 

Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Maintains current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia or is a graduate of an approved PTA program and is actively working toward licensure.

Experience:
Successful completion of required clinical affiliations, preferably including at
least one rotation in the SNF setting.
