Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Job Description


As an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) you will be responsible the following:

  • Implementing treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with all Federal, State and facility requirements (as applicable). 
  • Collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well being for the residents.




Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Maintains current national certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, or is a graduate of an approved OTA program and is actively working toward certification.

Successful completion of required clinical affiliations, preferably including at least one rotation in the SNF setting.
