Admissions Coordinator

 

As an Admissions Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting facility tours, verifying payer source prior to resident admission, ensuring that residents are admitted to the facility in a professional and efficient manner, obtaining resident / RP signatures on admission documents in a timely manner, and helping to ensure a smooth transition for residents and families.

 


 

 

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 

Preferred: BS degree in Human Services field      
 Experience: 1 year health care admissions or business office with understanding of long term care payer sources.
Proficient computer skills for using internet and Microsoft business applications (Word and Excel).
