The full cycle Corporate Recruiter will utilize a variety of methods to source candidates to staff entry level jobs, professional and technical jobs, and managerial openings up through executive level across all locations in the company. The Corporate Recruiter will use marketing techniques for recruitment initiatives, employment branding and customer relationship management to connect with candidates and communicate the many wonderful career paths available at Centre for Neuro Skills.  

Work is normally full time, Monday through Friday, with regular overtime, occasional travel and weekend work required. Work is performed at CNS administrative offices, clinics, residential facilities and in the community.

Partner with hiring managers and other leaders to determine key requirements for roles, develop recruiting strategies, and interviewing plans for scheduling purposes.  Offer recruitment expertise and consulting to hiring managers in order to improve recruitment results. 

Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc. Identifying recruiting sources and leading edge methods to attract qualified candidates. Savvy with the latest tech and tools. 

Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and non exempt position openings. 

Manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Manages application and resume file and retention according to company policy and applicable laws. 

Conduct and review employment reference investigations, education verification, and background checking results to comply with organizational hiring guidelines. 

Independently manage multiple competing demands, consistently and effectively re-prioritizing in response to a fast paced, ever changing environment. 

Originates notifications to initiate office space and equipment, security/parking cards, and orientation for new hire onboarding. 

Represents the company at campus recruiting events and professional recruiting events. 

Measure, monitor and report on recruiting goals, metrics and performance factors in the hiring cycle; regularly communicating results to management. 

Communicate consistently with directors, managers, HR and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Leads the scheduling of candidate interviews within the organization. 

Conduct regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and the candidate experience. 

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. 

Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment processes. 

Provide excellent customer service to internal customers as well as external customers. 

Complies with CNS Ethics Policy. 

Maintains professional and ethical relationships with staff, patients, patient families, and other visitors.

Attends staff meetings, in-services, and all scheduled shifts.

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3 years experience in full cycle recruitment in corporate recruitment vs. agency recruitment. 

Experience working with an automated human resources information system and automated applicant tracking system. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications. 

Must have experience managing ongoing, at times high-volume, recruiting using a variety of techniques, for a variety of roles from entry level to professional to management level.

General knowledge of  employment laws, policies and practices related to recruitment and hiring. 

Ability to travel overnight, periodically, for work related events. 

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired results. 

Professional recruitment training and/or certifications preferred.
