Summary: Define, document and delivers medium to large-scale, strategic customer projects. Actively participates and leads in all phases of the project life cycle from design, execute, post-production support. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifies, assesses and manages risks and issues to the success of the project. 
Defines and champions a framework and best practices to manage the scope and goals for the project including creation of appropriate program specification submissions and obtaining appropriate approvals for strategy decisions. 
Defines and champions a method of working to ensure there is an effective, representative and accurate business steer for the active elements of the project (i.e. ensuring project governance, steering committees are put in place to support delivery of the project strategy). 
Have effective control, leadership and responsibility for the defined scope of the project - including project level change control. 
Develops and leads the process for dealing with rapid major changes. 
Ensures the communication channels and processes are in place to notify the relevant people (e.g. sponsors, executives, and vertical owners) so that plans can be amended, and the necessary actions taken. 

Actively participate in business development activities with sales and account management team whenever needed.

Contribute to RFP bid response process with project management strategy, data, insights, and information.

Provides thought leadership on appropriateness of tools and process to project goals. 
Ensures that project team is delivering core milestones and deliverables using defined and agreed processes and reporting. 
Produce timely and effective status reports and dashboards for external and internal stakeholders. 
Provides consistent operating structure of core client/internal project meetings with established documentation (e.g. meeting agendas, meeting notes, actions/issues lists)

Minimum Requirements


Education:  Bachelor Degree in Business along with Project Management Education or Certification.

Experience: 5 years of experience in project management. High-level knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Proven track record to manage medium to large-scale complex projects with minimum supervision. Ability to manage scope changes and risks/issues to ensure delivery of core milestones and deliverables are still met.
