This position has a hiring range of $25,000 - $31,000.

As a Case Manager for Housing Services you will provide case management services and crisis intervention to families experiencing homelessness.  This position works with families to improve the quality of individual lives, strengthen family functioning, and educate for more effective community living.  You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and volunteers, network with providers of similar services and promote the program to the community. You will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping and participate in periodic meetings/training.  




  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience in a human services field required.
  • Knowledge of counseling theory and techniques; chemical dependency treatment, physical or sexual abuse treatment required. 
  • Knowledge of Harm Reduction and Housing First Model. 
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with participants, providers, family members, and others.
  • Able to promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere. 
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Previous experienced working with low-income families and those experiencing homelessness preferred. 
  • Social Work License preferred but not required.
