Provides support to the region through assistance with all aspects of human resources. Responsibilities include resolving employee relations issues, assisting with investigations, conducting training and development programs, providing direction with regulatory compliance, and implementing compensation initiatives and performance management programs. This position will report to the Regional Director.
Requires excellent organization skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees. Must possess a fundemental understanding of Window software and have extensive knowledge of federal and state labor laws. Bachelor's degree in business management or Human Resources, five years human resources experience required with labor relations experience preferred.
