General Summary


Under the direction of the Replenishment Manager the incumbent supports in the procurement of merchandise, order follow-up and inventory flow to ensure all locations have the optimum levels and mix of merchandise.



Primary Responsibilities


  • Assists the Replenishment Manager to maintain all inventory forecasts for currently available product.
  • Responsible for the ordering of merchandise at the direction of the Replenishment Manager.
  • Assists the Distribution Centers with inbound shipments.
  • Responsible for reviewing stock to sales ratios, responding to changing sales trends and ensuring accurate supply is on order or intransit.
  • Works with the various suppliers to ensure confirmation of incoming product.
  • Creates and maintains various spreadsheets and documents that directly affect the current inventory or futures as it pertains directly to warehouse stocking levels and promotions.
  • Performs all other duties and /or special projects as assigned by the Replenishment Manager.



Education & Experience



  • High School diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising/Marketing or other related field preferred.



  • Minimum 5 years of business experience in related activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel and Access.
  • Proficiency in JDE/AS400, SAP, Epicor and Cognos.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
