Job Summary: As a Fleet Coordinator for TBC Shared Services, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of fleet AR accounts, coordinate the billings of National/Fleet accounts, and working with the Franchisees on various issues pertaining to their AR trade account.

 

Duties/Responsibilities  

  • Reconcile National Fleet Accounts A/R
  • Perform the billings for National Accounts and Credit the participating Dealers
  • Interface with sales and operations to communicate various customer related issues
  • Perform specific uploads pertaining to EDI transmissions
  • Drive resolution of disputed accounts receivable items
  • Interface with the cash application department for the purpose of proper posting of Fleet payments
  • Maintain data integrity within outside software i.e., Comdata, My Fleet 360, SAP  and the alike
  • Perform collection calls on past due accounts
  • Support TBC Code of Business conduct
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, and SAP
  • A minimum 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing departments
  • Proficient in reconciling customer accounts (matching debits and credits)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong problem solving, follow up and customer service skills
  • Fast paced environment
