Job Summary:

Responsibility will be for successful on-boarding of new customers based on signed contract/agreement. On-boarding will focus on remote and/or on-site training. As necessary can include; software installation, existing customer data conversion, custom forms, set-up and configuration. This position will work closely with our Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure customer expectations are met as well as to ensure all installation requirements are successfully deployed.

Minimum Requirements



  • Manage assigned Salesforce task and projects to ensure timely customer communication and resolution for pending request. Must maintain a clear understanding of training/on-boarding and expectations for delivery.
  • Coordinate and/or perform training based on customer request.
  • ¬†Effectively communicate (verbally and by written correspondence) with all levels of the organization as well as outside customers regarding reported issues
  • Use the designated software to document, assign, and manage all activity associated with the on-boarding and training based on Sales team activity.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor


  • One year aftermarket shop management system National account product training including strategic account management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with users of all ability levels.
  • Excellent active listening skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and other forms of communication
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
  • Extremely detail oriented; able to consistently follow established procedures and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage work load with minimal supervision
  • Ability to consistently follow documented procedures while still employing an innovative spirit and sharing creative ways to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL & Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop (Win7, Win8, Win10) and Windows 2008/2012 Server
  • Proficiency with Internet browsers and MS Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn several proprietary applications that are core to our business
  • Able to log, update, and record accurate and detailed tracking records.
  • Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
