General Summary


This position is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities associated with NTW. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various strategies and objectives. It establishes marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.  The position strives to increase sales and profitability via market analytics.  It evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement marketing plans. This position focuses on both digital and traditional programs to differentiate NTW from the competition and to increase customer loyalty at both the sell-in and sell-out levels.   


Primary Responsibilities


  • Direct budget responsibility. Creation and stewardship of NTW marketing budget.
  • Play an active role in training and creating Value Proposition tools for the sales force. In coordination with the Division be the leader in defining programs for key customer segments in order differentiate NTW and drive customer loyalty. Leadership of annual planning process.  Work with various agencies to gather information and organize.  Prepare analytics to steer annual planning decisions.
  • Bring concepts and disciplines to grow and measure share of account among customers.
  • Lead program analysis to gauge success on an on-going basis.  Make recommendations based on metrics.
  • Negotiate and vette proposals from possible marketing partners.  This would include media proposals, co-branding opportunities, etc.
  • Lead integration of partner programs with necessary teams within the organization; Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Distribution, Operations etc.
  • Supervise T3 Manager and provide leadership on T3 program. Grow and mentor manager with general marketing, media, analytics, and program management skills.
  • Continually optimize/improve the T3 program by evaluating vendors and components of the program.
  • Manage marketing and branding objectives
  • Monitor and Analyze market trends, and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
  • Identify and prioritize strategic projects; Formulate a plan and project schedule
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company leaders and staff
  • Monitor sales data and reports, evaluating effectiveness of promotions or programs, marketing mediums, special events etc.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight; Work with Sales team to understand the customer experience and develop new initiatives to help improve customer service processes and tools
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
  • Supervise National Marketing Programs
  • Review and monitor national budget spending and process national vendor payments
  • Work with Director to manage vendor relationships – new vendor research, negotiation of pricing and contract terms, etc.




Minimum Requirements



Education & Experience




  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and management skills
  • High level project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Skilled at applying business math
  • Skilled in managing spreadsheets and budgets
  • Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, set and meet project timetables.
  • Willing to travel 25%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
