General Summary

Leverage Off Highway commercial product opportunities within current TBC customers and develop programs to expand distribution beyond traditional TBC customer base. Support product needs for all TBC entities on Off Highway products.Associate must manage the Off-Highway commercial program to maximum potential. To grow TBC branded programs as well as other products in the TBC commercial tire product offering.  Manage products, and assist in developing pricing policies and supply management

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing TBC Off Highway Commercial Tire Product Screen

Including TBC Branded Farm, TBR, OTR, Specialty; and BKT programs

  • Develop product material to support sales initiatives
  • Identify opportunities and develop products and programs to capture maximum sales opportunities.
  • Market analysis to identify strategies to maximize sales and profit
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and sales opportunities as a group and with individual regions and customers
  • Assist in identifying sourcing opportunities and purchasing associates to maximize sourcing and supply chain.
  • Provide training and marketing support for TBC Wholesale sales efforts

Education & Experience

 

Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

 

 

  • Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.  Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as return on investment (ROI), gross margin (GM), gross profit (GP), analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

 

Education:         

Position requires a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University, preferable in Marketing or 8 years of experience, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
