General Summary

Procurement Analyst (PA) will report to Andrea Ash, Sr. Manager Procurement. Key deliverables of the PA role will include, but are not limited to, liaising between suppliers and our enterprise commodity users for specific goods and services ensuring timely delivery of these goods and services to meet TBC’s requirements.  Commodity invoice management will also be the responsibility of the PA. The PA will assist our warehouses and retail locations on curbing loss garment charges, providing reports at the local and regional levels to ensure garments losses are minimized. The PA will also assist in the management of our procurement software tool, Coupa, assisting in onsite and virtual training. The PA will aid in resolving Ivanti tickets that come in as a result of users requiring assistance.  Overall, this position will ensure alignment between the suppliers’ goods and services and our internal customer’s business needs.

Minimum Requirements

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide user training to corporate users on the use of our e-Procurement tool
  • Assist in resolving Ivanti tickets
  • Develop a report that bumps our Active Directory against vendor invoices, in turn, resolving invoice issues
  • Maintain a reporting system that aids in assisting our regional and local level managers with garment loss rate reduction
  • Communicate our policy on dressing for work on premises to minimize losses
  • Request location service set up as needed
  • Handle change requests from locations using vendors’ services
  • Maintains high standards of ethics and fair dealings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Knowledge of Procurement Software, Coupa preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Understanding of SAP
  • Invoice audit experience
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing various commodities, a plus
  • Communicates well both verbally and written
  • Detail oriented and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload
