General Summary

The Human Resources Representative is responsible for the employee master data maintenance including the processing of new hires, terminations, pay changes, and position changes.   This position administers the hiring and onboarding process for new hires.   It ensures that management and Associates receive quality service and guidance in addressing Human Resource related issues.  It assists in the administration of Human Resource policies, procedures, and programs, which includes development and training, human resource research, information systems, and compensation. 



Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensures Associates’ records are properly maintained in our payroll system; including, but not limited to, processing new hires, re-hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes.
  • Provides guidance to managers and Associates as to the use of proper forms, approval levels, documentation, etc., required to initiate action.
  • Assists in the development, interpretation, implementation, administration, and monitoring of Human Resource policies and internal operating procedures.
  • Works with and administers the ATS/onboarding system.
  • Assists with the incorporation of new acquisition Associates into the organization.
  • Assists with Records Management of Personnel Files.
  • Provides Associates’ data and Organizational reporting; Ensures proper set up of organizational structure through the HRIS process.
  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all vendors in the area of Human Resources activities.
  • Process of HR notifications such as offer letters, promotional letters, termination letters, and Personal Leave letters.
  • Assists with developing and coordinating the delivery of general training for Associates.
  • Participates in job analysis and job evaluation for current, new and/or revised jobs.
  • Participates in the administration of the performance management program.
  • Participates in the culture committee.
  • Facilitates in the creation of employee communication for Human Resources related topics.
  • Facilitate in the creation of power point presentations.
  • Documenting and follow up on action items and decisions from meetings.
  • Create project management calendars as deemed necessary for fulfilling departmental objectives.
  • Perform all other tasks and special projects as requested. 




Minimum Requirements


Education & Experience



  • Three (3) to Five (5) years in Human Resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Fluent in Spanish is required


Education:   Associates degree or equivalent preferred
