Process Improvement Analyst will help drive transformational and operational improvement projects working with cross functional teams to enable process, technology and organizational effectiveness. This individual must be able to work collaboratively across the organization and with all levels.

 

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify transformational opportunities to drive growth, efficiency and productivity for the company, as well as assist in the creation, development and execution of improvements.
  • Develop, advocate and train continuous Improvement methodologies to the team members through concepts such as Six Sigma / Lean knowledge base and other similar tools.
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes. Perform analysis on the processes mapped to identify most efficient tool or method to utilize to drive improvement.
  • Identify any control gaps as well as establish automated controls to eliminate waste.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs to ensure process improvement is stable and sustainable. Measure performance against process requirements.
  • Partner with Businesses and Information Technology to design and support effective and efficient organizations by implementing operational improvements, process enhancements, organizational effectiveness, and technical solutions.
  • Able to resolve conflicts and identify solutions to move projects to successful completion.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the continuous improvement long range plan inclusive of project selection, resource management and technology innovation. Assist in vetting and prioritizing projects, determining 3rd party partners and soliciting innovative strategies for the company.
  • Drive organizational improvement from not only a process and technical standpoint but a cultural point with high energy that motivates others to passionately innovate.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in using the following technical skills: SAP ECC, ABAP Programming Language, Smart forms, SAP Script, BAPI, User Exit, SD.
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of process solutions technology (Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint).Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) and Access skills.
  • Willingness to share relevant technical, process, and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
  • Experience in continuous improvement, process mapping and automation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineer preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to leverage technology to create competitive advantage and increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ability to effectively communicate current processes and future solution recommendations.
  • Ability to find common ground and draw groups with different views to common conclusion
  • Ability to recognize issues, present opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving; not intimidated by researching and tackling new problems
  • Some travel may be required as needed
